| Exchange Disseminated Time | Goldiam International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.
In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in the Company's scrip by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from February 02, 2015 till completion of 24 hours after the unaudited financial results are made public, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992. |
