| Exchange Disseminated Time | Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on January 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2014.
Further, pursuant to Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement read with the DCB (Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities) Regulations, 2002, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from January 20, 2015 till January 31, 2015 (both days inclusive). The Trading window shall re-open on February 02, 2015. |
