"This is with regard to increase in price of security of Kothari Fermentation and Biochem Limited at Bombay Stock Exchange in the recent past.
In the interest of keeping with good corporate governance practices and to keep the public shareholders informed, we would like to state that the Company is not aware of the reason of this increase in the price.
Further, there is no event, information, announcement in relation to the Company's operation/ performance, which is price sensitive or which in our opinion may have bearing on the price behavior of the Company’s scrip. The movement in the price of the scrip is market driven and Company and its Management does not have any information about the reason for increase in the once of Company’s security on the Stock Exchange.
Also the Company always adheres to and complies with all the applicable provisions of the listing agreement and discloses all information which is in the interest of the stakeholder through the Stock Exchange well within prescribed time limits." |
