Please note that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 30th May, 2017 to inter-alia, consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2017 and to consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for financial year 2016-17 (subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting). In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Insiders, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, the 17th May, 2017 to Thursday, the 1st June, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the above purpose.
