Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from October 31. 2016 to November 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) for all the Specified persons mentioned in the Company’s Code of Conduct formulated in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
