| Exchange Disseminated Time | Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company through circular resolution passed on June 24, 2013 have approved the extension of financial year 2012-2013 of the Company by a further period of 3 (three) months i.e. upto September 30, 2013, subject to the approval of the Registrar of Companies, Chennai.
Accordingly, the Annual Accounts of the Company for the financial year 2012-2013 shall be prepared for a period of 18 (eighteen) months from April 01, 2012 to September 30, 2013. |
