| Exchange Disseminated Time 28/10/2015 16:11:17 | With reference to the earlier letter dated October 27, 2015 regarding the postponement of the Board Meeting, Tips Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on November 04, 2015, at registered office of the Company to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.
Further, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, the Trading Window of the Company was closed for Designated Person (as defined in the Code) from October 12, 2015 and shall remain closed till November 06, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. |
