| Exchange Disseminated Time | Nahar Investments and Holding Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2008, inter alia, have also accorded the following:
1. Adoption of the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2008 and Balance Sheet as on date together with the Report of Auditors and Directors thereon.
2. Appointment of Dr. Suresh Kumar Singla, Sh. Kamal Oswal, Mr. Dinesh Gagna & Dr. Om Parkash Sahni as Directors of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Gupta Vigg. & Co. Chartered Accountants, Ludhiana, as Auditors of the Company to hold office until the conclusion of the Next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration terms & conditions.
4. Appointment of Dr. Yash Paul Sachdeva as a Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation. |
