| Exchange Disseminated Time 22/03/2016 17:15:25 | | With reference to the earlier letter dated February 04, 2016 regarding Resignation of Mr. Bipin Shah, Director from the Board of the Company which is to be effective from April 01, 2016, Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) Ltd has now informed BSE that Mr. Bipin Shah, Director of the Company has withdrawn his resignation, subsequently the Board accepted the said withdrawal of resignation. Therefore, the initial term of his office for the period of five consecutive years from the date of 35th Annual General Meeting i.e. September 18, 2014, shall remain unchanged and he shall also be continued to be a member of the Audit Committee during the above period. |
