| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to earlier announcement dated May 19, 2015 regarding Code of Conduct of Fair Disclosure, SR Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that there were certain amendments to the Code of Insider Trading as adopted by the Members of the Board in its meeting held on May 08, 2015. So, the amended "Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information" and "Code of Conduct under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015" have been approved vide Resolution by Circulation dated May 22, 2015.
The Company has submitted to BSE amended copy of "Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information" and "Code of Conduct under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015". |
