| Exchange Disseminated Time | International Combustion India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on February 06, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third Quarter and nine months' period ended December 31, 2014.
Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed as required under the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall be closed during the period from January 22, 2015 to February 06, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the Directors, designated employees and their dependents on account of consideration of the above price-sensitive matter at the aforementioned Board Meeting of the Company. |
