1. On recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee, approved the re-appointment of Mr. G. K. Pillai, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company for a period of 3 years w.e.f. April 01, 2017, subject to approval of the Shareholders.
2. On recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Chirag C. Doshi, Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 years w.e.f. April 01, 2017, subject to approval of the Shareholders. |
