| Exchange Disseminated Time 19/10/2015 16:09:52 | Summit Securities Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on October 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015.
For the above purpose and pursuant to the Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct (the Code) adopted by the Company for prevention of insider trading under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed from October 20, 2015 upto October 31, 2015 (both days inclusive) and shall reopen on November 01, 2015.
Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons and all other persons covered under the Code are being advised not to trade in the securities of the Company from October 20, 2015 upto October 31, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
