1. Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information
The Board discussed in detail the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with Regulation 8(1) of the said Regulation, Company has framed Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information. The same has been posted on the website of the Company.
2. Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading By Insiders
In compliance with Regulation 9(1) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Board of Directors of the Company has framed and adopted Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by insiders by adopting minimum standards as set out in Schedule B to the said Regulations. All the Directors, Designated Persons, Officers and other connected persons of the Company are governed by the Code. The same has been posted on the website of the Company. |
