The Company is taking necessary steps for short listing a Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company and the same shall be promptly intimated to the stock exchange.
Further, in order to ensure due compliance of the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements), 2015, the Board in their meeting dated January 19, 2017 has appointed Mr. Vimal Lunawath, Whole-Time Director of the Company as the Compliance officer of the Company until a Company Secretary has been appointed in place. |
