Gayatri Projects Ltd has replied as under:
"Since morning, we are in the process of the releasing the Corporate announcement with respect to SEMB's stake increase in TPCIL from 49% to 65% as a result of conversion of outstanding convertible preference shares and some portion as a fresh equity infusion.
The news is released now. This is not a rumour." |
