| Exchange Disseminated Time | AI Champdany Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 93rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 13, 2011, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2011 and Balance Sheet as on that date together with the Reports of Board of Directors and Auditors of the Company thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. G J Wadhwa, Mr. D J Wadhwa & Dr. G Goswami, as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of Messrs D.P.Sen & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Auditors of the Company for conducting audit of the Company’s Accounts and the Auditors are to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting upto the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration terms & conditions. |
