| Exchange Disseminated Time 19/07/2016 08:31:10 | Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 01, 2016 to September 07, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 07, 2016.
Further, final dividend of Rs. 100/- per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2016, if approved at the forthcoming AGM, will be paid to those Members whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company and to those persons whose names appear as beneficial owners (as per the details to be furnished by the Depositories in respect of the shares held in dematerialized form) as at the close of business hours of Wednesday, August 31, 2016.
Members whose names appear in the Register of Members / list of Beneficial Owners of the Company as at the close of business hours of Wednesday, August 31, 2016, the cut-off date, shall be eligible to exercise their votes by remote e-voting and voting at the meeting.
Remote e-voting period commences on September 2, 2016 (9.00 a.m. IST) and ends on September 6, 2016 (5.00 p.m. IST). The Members who have not cast their votes by way of remote e-voting shall be able to exercise their voting right at the AGM. |
