| Exchange Disseminated Time 04/09/2015 18:53:25 | | Gujarat State Financial Corporation has informed BSE that pursuant to Regulations 6 & 7 of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, the Board of Directors of the Corporation at its meeting held on August 10, 2015 decided to delist the shares of the Corporation from National Stock Exchange of India Ltd (NSE), the reason being no trading of shares of the Corporation is reported from NSE since more than a decade and continued listing with NSE does not provide any significant tangible advantage to the members of the Corporation or investors at large. The Corporation is in the process of making an application for delisting of the equity shares from NSE. Corporation’s equity shares shall continue to be listed on Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd (BSE) which is having nationwide trading terminals. |
