Further, in compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in RCF's Equity Shares/Securities will remain closed for all Directors/ Employees of the Company during the period from 31st October, 2017 to 12th November, 2017 (both days inclusive).
