1. Re-appointment of Mr. Ashok Doshi, Managing Director with effect from May 01, 2015 subject to approval of members and Central Government pursuant to applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
2. Appointment of Mr. Ronak Jhuthawat, Practicing Company Secretary in place of Ms. Pramila Maheshwari, Practicing Company Secretary to conduct Secretarial Audit of the Company for the year 2014-2015. |
