| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shree Precoated Steels Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has fixed May 16, 2009 as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the Shareholders entitled to Equity Shares pursuant to the Composite Scheme of Arrangement ("the Scheme") as approved by the Hon'ble High Court, Mumbai.
In accordance with the Scheme, the shareholders of the Company holding 10 (Ten) Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each as on the Record Date would be entitled to 3 (Three) Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each in the Company and 7 (Seven) Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each in the Resulting Company. |
