| Exchange Disseminated Time | BASF India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 29, 2014, inter alia,
has transacted the following:
1. The Directors have recommended a dividend of Rs. 4/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 40%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2014, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming 70th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on August 27, 2014. The dividend, if approved, by the shareholders will absorb Rs. 173.1 million and will be payable on or before September 01, 2014. The dividend distribution tax would amount to Rs. 29.4 million and the same will be borne by the Company.
2. the 70th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on August 27, 2014 at 3.00 p.m. at Yashwantrao Chavan Pratisthan Auditorium, Y.B. Chavan Centre, General Jagannath Bhosale Marg, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400021. |
