1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2014 along with Statement of Assets & Liabilities as prescribed under Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement.
2. To consider and approve the Annual Audited Accounts of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2014 and to consider Auditors' Report.
3. To consider payment of Guarantee Commission to Mrs. Pravina B. Manek, Director of the Company. |
