| Exchange Disseminated Time | RR Financial Consultants Ltd has informed BSE about the following changes has been made in the directorship of the Company
- Due to unfortunate and sudden demise of Mr. Raghunandan Prasad on December 07, 2014 has been created. In order to fill up the same casual vacancy, Ms. Ritu Prasad will be appointed as Casual director of the Company w.e.f. December 07, 2014 who shall hold the office who shall hold the office till tenure of Mr. Raghunandan Prasad i.e. on December 31, 2014 as per the powers governed in Articles of Association & relevant provision as per Companies Act. 2013.
Further, compliances relating to aforesaid changes have been made as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. |
