| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bajaj Steel Industries Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company’s Code for Prevention of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing/trading in the Securities/Shares of the Company will be closed from October 02, 2014 upto the Date of Publication of Financial Results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2014 (Both days are inclusive).
Accordingly, the Company has intimated all the Designated Employees & Key Managerial Personnels (including Directors), not to enter into any transactions involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
