Further, as informed earlier vide letters dated May 19, 2016 and dated May 30, 2016, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed from May 19, 2016 till 48 hours after announcement of outcome of this Board Meeting, for all designated persons and their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered as per the Company’s Code for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders and Code of Practice and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information.
