| Exchange Disseminated Time | PVP Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on the May 28, 2014 inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2014.
Further, in terms of Regulation 3.2.1 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulation), 1992 and Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed with effect from May 21, 2014 to May 29, 2014 (Both days Inclusive). As a result, during the aforesaid period, trading in securities of the company by the Directors/ designated employees of the Company including their relatives is prohibited. |
