| Exchange Disseminated Time 15/10/2015 20:03:17 | IG Petrochemicals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 23, 2015, inter alia for consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015.
Further, the Trading Window, pursuant to the “IGPL Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information” (“the Code”) shall remain closed from October 16, 2015 to October 27, 2015 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on October 28, 2015.
The Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and all persons covered under the Code have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company during the closure of the trading window. |
