| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the news item flashed in the leading News Channel stated that Global Offshore Services Ltd might sell the stake and also the company is considering to delist itself via an Open offer for a price ranging between Rs. 900 - Rs. 1000/- Per Share, Global Offshore Services Ltd has clarified to BSE as under:
"To the best of the knowledge of the Company, the news item that appeared in “ET Now News Channel” dated February 19, 2014 is “baseless”. The Promoters have no plans to exit by selling their stake and to delist the Company. Please note that the channel has flashed the news without seeking the Company’s validation as regards the authenticity of such news." |
