| Exchange Disseminated Time | Arshiya International Ltd has informed BSE that:
"We have been informed by the promoter directors that due to emergency in their family, they would not be able to attend the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled on October 25, 2013, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter ended September 30, 2013. Further, some of the independent directors have also conveyed their unavailability to attend the said meeting due to certain official commitments.
In view of these circumstances, it has been decided to cancel tomorrow’s meeting of the Board. Kindly note that new date of meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be intimated shortly." |
