| Exchange Received Time 06/07/2017 22:58:03 Exchange Disseminated Time 06/07/2017 22:58:08 Time Taken 00:00:05 | This is to you inform you that 'Today Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL), Subsidiary of the Company, received copy of the order dated 3rd July 2017 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the SLP challenging the continuation of the first tariff order till the disposal of the appeals against the same pending before the appellate tribunal, as granted by the High Court of Delhi. The Hon'ble Supreme Court has vacated the order passed by the High Court and has directed implementation of the second tariff order dated 8.12.2015. The Hon'ble Supreme Court has also directed the appellate tribunal to decide the tariff appeals filed by DIAL expeditiously preferably within two months from the date of the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
DIAL would engage constructively with the regulator to endeavour a balanced implementation and will work expeditiously with the appellate tribunal to reach a fair and positive outcome in the two months directed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court' |
