1. To consider and approve the Company's Audited Financial Statements for the Year ended March 31, 2014.
2. To Consider and recommend dividend, if any, on Equity Shares for the year ended March 31, 2014.
Further, as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed for Directors and other designated employees of the Company from April 28, 2014 to May 09, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2014. |
