1. Appointment of Mr. Vijay Kamat as an Alternate Director to Dr. Anke Frankenberger, in place of Mr. Ravishankar Kompalli
Mr. Vijay Kamat, Head - Operations, have been appointed as an Alternate Director to Dr. Anke Frankenberger on the board w.e.f. November 12, 2014 in place of Mr. Ravishankar Kompalli, who has ceased to be Alternate Director w.e.f. said date.
Please find enclosed herewith disclosure received from Mr. Kamat under Regulation 13(2) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
2. Change in Financial Year of the Company from January - December to April - March
The Board of Directors at its meeting held on November 12, 2014 has approved the change in the Company's current financial year from "January 01, 2014 - December 31, 2014" (12 months) to "January 01, 2014 - March 31, 2015" (15 months). Accordingly, subsequent financial years would be of 12 months from April 01 to March 31. |
