1. The Board subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company has approved to sell, transfer or otherwise dispose off, the whole of the Company's mainline power distribution system business Division and White Goods Division, as a 'going concern' by way of slump-sale.
2. The Board has given its approval to conduct the Postal Ballot to sell, transfer or otherwise dispose off, the Company's mainline power distribution system Division and White Goods Division.
3. The Board has approved the calendar of events for conducting the Postal Ballot.
4. The Board has approved the appointment of scrutinizer to conduct postal ballot voting process.
5. The Board has approved the postal ballot notice to be sent to the shareholders.
6. The Board has approved postal ballot form. |
