| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Logix Microsystems Ltd has informed BSE that based on the Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the 13th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2008, a petition was filed by the Company before the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka under Sections 100/101 of the Companies Act, 1956 seeking reduction of paid up 2,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each. The Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka passed an order on February 06, 2009 ordering reduction of Paid up Share Capital from Rs 12,25,35,730/- to Rs 12,05,35,730/-. Requisite returns have been filed with Registrar of Companies, Bangalore who has registered the Form 21 on March 30, 2009. The Company is in the process of completing other compliances also. |
