| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated March 15, 2010, regarding Outcome of Board Meeting, PNB Gilts Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on March 15, 2010 has decided to discontinue merchant banking activities of the company and that the company shall accordingly move an application to SEBI for surrender of its merchant banking registration. It was also informed that the company will post the developments after surrendering the merchant banking registration.
Further, the Company has informed BSE that in response of the application, SEBI vide its letter dated July 14, 2010 has cancelled the Certificate of Registration as Merchant Banker. |
