| Exchange Disseminated Time 05/11/2015 15:14:56 | Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record, the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 upon the recommendations of the Audit Committee.
Further, in terms of Kellton Tech Solutions Limited-Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors / Employees / Connected persons and their immediate relatives from November 05, 2015 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.
All Directors / Employees / Connected persons and their immediate relatives have been informed not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period. |
