| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated March 17, 2011 about the award of Contract by The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd. by appointing the Company as its subcontractor for providing diving services on board ONGC's two Multi Support Vessels (MSVs), SAMUDRA SEVAK and SAMUDRA PRABHA and one Geo Technical Vessel (GTV) SAMUDRA SARVEKSHAK, Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) Ltd has now informed BSE that The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd. (SCI) vide their letter dated April 18, 2012 have extended the Contract for 2 MSVs SAMUDRA SEVAK and SAMUDRA PRABHA a period of one year w.e.f. March 24, 2012 to March 23, 2013 with SCI having the option to extend it for a further period of 6 months in 2 extensions of 3 months each on the same rates, terms and conditions.
The projected contract value for this Contract for the year 2012-2013 is approximately Rs. 575 million. |
