Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed for all the employees/Directors/designated persons of the Company from November 04, 2016 to November 17, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
