In furtherance to our letter dated 01st June, 2017, we wish to inform you that there has been minor inadvertent error in figures published in Hindi newspaper by the publishing house viz. M/s. The Indian Express (P) Ltd. The publishing house has submitted us an apology letter (copy enclosed) for the same and has also re-published the correct Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2017 in 'Jansatta' (Hindi, Local Edition) on 02nd June, 2017 (copy enclosed).
Please note that, the Company has published the results well in time, i.e. within 48 hours of the conclusion of the Board meeting held on 30.05.2017 where these results were approved, pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
