| Exchange Disseminated Time | Morarjee Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve by way of Postal Ballot the Special Resolutions as under:
1. To appointment of Mr. R K Rewari as the CEO & Executive Director of the Company for a period of 3 (three) years with effect from February 01, 2010, upon the necessary terms and conditions.
2. To accorded for Mr. P K Gothi, Non Executive Director of the Company holding and continuing to hold a place of profit in the Company as a Technical Advisor on such necessary terms and conditions as agreed between Mr Gothi and the Company.
The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Nilesh G Shah, Practicing Company Secretary as the Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot process in a fair and transparent manner.
The Postal Ballot form duly completed should reach the scrutinizer on or before the close of working hours on March 20, 2010. Based on the report submitted by the Scrutinizer, Ms. Urvi A Piramal, Chairperson or Mr. Harshvardhan A. Piramal, Executive Vice Chairman or Mr. Mahesh Gupta, Director shall declare the results of the postal ballot on March 25, 2010. |
