| Exchange Disseminated Time | MSP Steel & Power Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review of the Company for first quarter ended June 30, 2015.
Further, pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, monitor & Trading by Insider as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 trading Window shall be closed from August 07, 2015 till 48 hours (both days inclusive) after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Result for the 1st quarter ended June 30, 2015 and its submission to the Stock Exchange for all the designated persons or class of designated person as defined under the code/ Regulation. |
