| Exchange Disseminated Time 07/01/2016 11:46:36 | Taj Gvk Hotels & Resorts Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 29, 2016 inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months period ended December 31, 2015.
Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from January 21, 2016 to January 31, 2016 (both days inclusive) inter alia for the purpose of announcement of the Audited Financial results of the Company.
The trading window shall open from February 01, 2016. |
