| Exchange Disseminated Time | D-Link (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 19, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015. The Board of Directors will also consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year 2014-15.
Further, pursuant to the Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Trading in Securities of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed for insiders covered under the code from April 01, 2015 till the announcement of financial results to the public.
The communication to that effect under the said code has been sent to all the Directors, officers and designated employees of the Company on April 01, 2015. |
