MRO-TEK Ltd has informed BSE that a Board Meeting of the Directors of the Company, for the financial year 2016-17 on August 08, 2016 to consider approval of the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016,

Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct of Company, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from July 30, 2016 to August 10, 2016 (both days inclusive).

During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives or any other insider shall not trade in Company's shares/securities.
