| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jindal Strips Ltd has fixed September 16, 2003 as the record date for the purpose of allotment of shares in terms of scheme of arrangement & demerger and for allotment of bonus shares in terms of scheme of arrangement between Jindal Strips & Jindal Stainless Ltd.
As per the scheme of arrangement for every 2365 equity shares held by shareholders of Jindal Strips Ltd Jindal Stainless will allot to them 1723 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10 each and Jindal Strips Ltd will allot to them 642 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10 each.
As per the scheme of arrangement Jindal Stainless Ltd will issue 253 equity shares by way of bonus to its equity shareholders for every 679 shares held by them in Jindal Stainless Ltd.
