| Exchange Disseminated Time | Windsor Machines Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 18, 2009, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2009 together with the Schedules and Notes attached to and forming part of the Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. M K Arora, as Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Haribhakti & Co., Chartered Accountants as the Auditors of the Company, to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
