| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kiri Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 07, 2015, inter alia, has approved and decided the following:
1. Allotment of 24,56,000 Equity Shares upon conversion of warrants issued to Mrs. Anupaama Kiri, Promoter Group. The said warrants was issued to her on October 10, 2015;
2. Allotment of 3,86,625 Equity Shares upon conversion of Series B and Series C Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) to LTS Investment Fund Ltd.;
3. Allotment of 10,00,000 Equity Shares to Kiri Employee Stock Option Trust under Kiri Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2014. |
