-Unaudited Financial results for the 3rd Quarter and 9 months ended 31st December, 2017 (F.Y. 2017-18) along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors. The said results have been reviewed by the audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company.
2. Resignation of Mr. Virender Ganda from the post of Independent Director of the Company
-Mr. Virender Ganda (DIN: 01013057), Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the Directorship of the Company with effect from the closure of Business Hours on 16th January, 2018.
